This is for you

Suicide is something that alot of people do not talk about, as if it some ancient taboo curse. Many people do not know this about me, but when I was younger I attempted it and obviously failed. I was depressed beyond words and felt like taking my own life would heal my pain, when it reality it made things worse. I have grown to love myself and I know that contemplating on taking my own life was a cowardly move. But that is another story. I am just now finding the strength to talk about it without crying or feeling judged.
This video humbled me, not only did I cry but I knew I had to share this with my readers. You never know who's life you can change. If you are contemplating suicide for any reason, ask for help. It will get better. Your dark days and lonely nights with get brighter. Your depression with turn into motivation. Your sadness will turn into happiness. Its okay to feel down from time to time its perfectly normal but your life means something. Someone loves you. Someones bright days would turn into dark lonely nights if you left them. You are loved.
